Our mission at White River Vacation RV Resort is to give our members a pleasant place to escape from all the pressures and noise of your everyday life. We want all our resort members to have the best vacation experience possible every visit. Please take your time reading our membership covenants and restrictions to make sure this resort is the best option for you and your RV.

Membership Fees
Annual Membership Fee
$400-450/month = $4,800 - $5,400/year
To be paid in 2 installments 6 months apart from starting date.
Annual inflation rate is 0.05%.
Deposits
$200 deposit due with 1st 6-month payment.
We accept Cash App, Venmo, or check.
21 Day Limit. Not a Full Time Park.
• Check-in 2 pm, check-out 12 noon
• Adult park 40+
• Quiet hours 10 pm - 6 am
• Max 6 persons per site 10 pm - 6 am
• Max 10 persons per site 6 am - 10 pm
• All vehicles or power toys must be in good condition and operational. Max vehicles per site, 1 RV and 2 passenger vehicles, + 1 additional vehicle in assigned space. Additional vehicle may be one of the following: passenger vehicle, boat, UTV, 2 jet skis. All power toys must be kept on a trailer when not in use, if applicable.
No Tiny Homes
- RV must be 12 years or newer & kept in good mechanical & physical condition
- Acceptable RVs: Class A, B, C, Bumper Pulled, or 5th Wheel
- 28' minimum RV length
